If you are still wondering if our support plans are right for you, we’re happy to answer any remaining questions you may have. Below are some of our most frequently asked questions, as well as a form that will connect you directly with our team. If our standard plans do not fit your site, we can customize a plan to fit your specific needs.

Frequently Asked Questions

All support requests are submitted through our support portal or by email. Some plans do have an option for a dedicate Slack channel.

We do not offer a phone support option at this time.

Our support team is entirely remote and spread across the country and is available during standard business hours, 9am – 5pm (central time). 

For all support plans every issue includes up to 30 minutes of support time. This can include making content updates, or writing a custom snippet.

We specify that each issue includes up to 30 minutes of support time to avoid submitting duplicate tickets in an attempt to bypass these limits.

If an issue requires more than 30 minutes of support time to resolve, an estimate will be provided to complete the task which would then be charged at an hourly rate.

The Mindsize team is employed 100% by full time employees here in the US. We do not outsource or contract our support or development work to a third party. When you interact with the Mindsize support team, you’re communicating with a Mindsize engineer.

We made this decision to not outsource or contract for our employees for two reasons.

  1. We can better control and ensure the quality of work that we put into our clients work.
  2. By hiring full time employees we are better able to take care of our team with our benefits package.

Immediately after signing up for a support plan you will have access to our support portal. Within our support portal all users with an active support subscription are able to submit a support ticket.

Please keep in mind, while we will be able to start supporting your site immediate, we will not yet have any context or knowledge of your site or how it was built. It is common for our support team to need to take a little bit longer to answer support requests for newly subscribed sites while we research how it currently works and work to provide the best solution for your unique site.

All support subscriptions are month to month, and can be cancelled at any time through the support portal. Support subscription fees are not refundable once services have started.
